When will I receive my order?
Your jewelry will be shipped within 4 business days of receipt of your order. Depending on your location, it will take 2-7 days for UPS to deliver your package. If a style is out-of-stock, we will communicate with you.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Currently, we are only shipping within the US.
Where is the jewelry made?
Designed on the California coast and hand-finished in a family-owned studio in Italy.
What is the jewelry made of?
Sterling silver (92.5% pure and nickel free), finished in rhodium, yellow gold or ruthenium plating, and set with earth-mined diamonds and gemstones. Read more about our materials.
What is your warranty policy?
Frédéric Duclos® jewelry is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase directly from our website. See what is covered.
What is your return policy?
Email us at hello@fredericduclos.com to start an authorized return. Jewelry must be in its original unused condition and shipped within 14 days of invoice date for a refund or credit (less shipping cost). Returns details.
